Terms and conditions
These terms govern reservations, payments, cancellations and additional orders at WonderWorld Wien.
Reservation
A reservation is requested through the online wizard and confirmed after successful payment. Until payment is confirmed, the booking remains pending. Unpaid reservations may be released automatically after the payment deadline.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. The initial payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Drinks ordered separately at the table may be charged to the payment method held by Stripe; if that charge cannot be made, a payment link may be sent by email.
Cancellation terms
- At least 48 hours before the booked time slot starts
- 100% of the menu and any pre-booked drinks that have not been served are refunded. Any tip is refunded in full.
- 24 to under 48 hours before the booked time slot starts
- 50% of the menu price and 50% of the price of pre-booked drinks that have not been served are refunded. Any tip is refunded in full.
- Less than 24 hours before the booked time slot starts
- You may still cancel, but no refund is given.
- Drinks already served
- Drinks already served or ordered separately at the table are not refunded.
How to cancel
Your personal cancellation link is sent by email. Once cancellation is completed, the booking is marked as cancelled and a confirmation is sent. Where possible, refunds are issued to the payment method used for the booking.
Late arrival and no-show
Please arrive on time for your booked time slot. In the event of a significant delay or a no-show, you may lose your entitlement to the reserved place.
